After a very confusing morning on the phone to the Environmental Health and Food Standards people (eurgh) I thought I'd blog my Easter cupcakes that I made on Monday evening. Chocolate sponge cakes (some had Caramel Eggs baked inside!) with various colours of vanilla buttercream and Mini Eggs and Creme Eggs..YUMMY. Even the boy (who doesn't really do cake..sorry, WHAT?) loved them. I'll be baking some more this week after their success when I took them into The Mill yesterday :)
Here's my second batch of Easter cupcakes baked on Good Friday..
Some are being delivered by mother hen to various friends and family, so some of them had to be boxed up..here they are all ready to go..
